What You Need:
Education:
- A degree from a university that HEC recognizes.
- If you studied IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, it’s a plus.
- Extra certifications like Lean Startup or Agile will be helpful.
Experience:
- At least 12 years of working experience.
- Minimum 5 years in fields like banking, telecom, software, online shopping, or fintech.
- If you’ve worked in a big organization, that’s good.
Skills:
- Be a good communicator.
- Know how to manage money and plan projects.
- Understand different ways to manage projects and use design tools.
- If you can program, that’s great.
Your Role:
- Get support from bank leaders and work towards the bank’s goals.
- Improve how employees work and help them.
- Use human-focused design.
- Bring in new ways of thinking and working, like Agile and DevOps.
- Make sure everyone understands and follows these new methods.
- Help other leaders change how they do business.
- React fast to what customers need.
- Do other tasks that your boss gives you.
