- Click About on the left side of your Page (see image above).
- Click Edit next to your Page’s name (see image above).
- Enter a new Page name and click Continue (see image below).

You should get an auto-response fast. I can’t say how long it will take for Facebook to review and respond to your request – automatic response says up to 3 days. For me, it only took a day and a half an hour. And it was approved!
